1. SecureTeen Services and Platform

Service Scope

SecureTeen provides monitoring and control features for computer and mobile devices you own or manage, enabling parental control and usage oversight in compliance with applicable law. Features may include secure browsing, filtering, online activity reporting, and content blocking.

Dashboard

You are solely responsible for configuring dashboard controls and determining the extent of monitoring. SecureTeen executes only the instructions you configure.

Ownership & Intellectual Property

All rights in SecureTeen (including software, design, and content) are owned or licensed by the Company. Access does not transfer any ownership rights.

Trademarks

You may not use our brand assets without prior consent.

Privacy Policy

Use of the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy.

Service Provision

We strive for availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted services. Service interruptions may occur due to maintenance, capacity issues, or network anomalies.

Security

Data from monitored devices may be transferred over the internet in encrypted form. Some data may not be stored encrypted to enable monitoring and filtering functionality.

2. Users, Registration, and Termination

Eligibility

You must be 18+ and the owner/lessee of the devices where the Software is installed. For Users over 14, you must inform them of monitoring and obtain consent where required.

Registration

An account is required to use SecureTeen Services. You must provide accurate details when registering. A verification PIN may be sent during activation.

License

Upon activation, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the Services under these Terms.

Passwords

You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and notifying us of any unauthorized access.

Termination

You may cancel your account anytime by contacting support@secureteen.com.pk. We may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these Terms or misuse. Upon termination, your access and stored content may be disabled and deleted, subject to backup retention or legal obligations.

3. Proper Use of SecureTeen Services

• You must use the Services in compliance with applicable law.

• You are responsible for all activity under your account.

• SecureTeen is the data processor; you remain the data controller for any personal data collected.

• Misuse, unauthorized monitoring, or use without ownership/consent of devices is prohibited.

• We reserve the right to exclude users in case of breach.

4. User Content and Data Retention

User Content

Data from monitored devices (“User Content”) is collected, stored, and analyzed to provide Services. You remain the owner of such data.

Responsibility

We do not control User Content except when following your instructions or required by law. We may remove unlawful or rights-infringing content.

Termination

Upon termination, access to your account and data will be disabled. Backups may be retained for legal or contingency purposes, subject to applicable laws.

Retention

Users are responsible for downloading data they wish to retain before termination.

5. General Terms

• Links: We are not responsible for third-party websites linked from our Platform.

• No Warranty: Services are provided “as is” without warranties, except as required by law.

• Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted, the Company is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Services.

• Entire Agreement: These Terms form the entire agreement between the parties.

• Indemnification: You agree to indemnify the Company against losses arising from misuse or breach of these Terms.

• Modifications: We may update these Terms and Services; continued use implies acceptance of changes.

• Notices: We may contact you via email or Platform notifications.

• Governing Law: These Terms are governed by Pakistani law. Disputes shall be subject to the courts of Islamabad.

6. Renewal and Cancellation

SecureTeen subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. You can cancel anytime by contacting support@secureteen.com.pk .
